We discuss the differences between food intolerance and allergies, how she really feels about at home allergy tests and ways you can start to  reintroduce foods your doctor told you to avoid.  

Nicole is a recovered health-perfectionist and has left behind over a decade of severe food intolerance. She is now an Integrative and Functional Nutrition trained Dietitian helping people experiencing food intolerance, using brain-based nutrition to expand what they can eat.
