Plant-Based FAQs: What does "listen to your body" actually mean?
This phrase is thrown around so much in the wellness industry. I really wanted to devote an episode to discuss what this phrase ACTUALLY means and why it is such an important part of your intuitive eating practice. Katie and I have a great conversation outlining how to start taking steps to get in touch with your body, to slow down, to tune out the noise. It starts with asking questions like "how am I feeling?" and "how hungry am I?" and "how full am I?" I hope this episode gives you the blueprint to begin your intuitive eating practice.
