It is perfectly normal to not be able to make the transition to plant-based overnight. You may be at the beginning of your journey.  You may have limitations based on where you live.  You may have cultural influences that you are navigating. Whatever the limitation, doesn't mean you have to let go of the goal of going plant-based all together. Plant Centered Nutrition believes in progress not perfection. This episode is all about how to implement small changes that anyone can do.
