Lucy Call is an anti-diet dietitian and EFT tapping practitioner that helps people heal their relationship with food and body through intuitive eating, EFT tapping, and proactive self care.
Today Lucy walks us through an EFT tapping session and shows us the numerous benefits a tool like this can provide, specifically for dealing with stress around food, the holidays, body image and cravings.
