Clara Luliano is a Registered Dietitian who helps women thrive in menopause with a plant forward approach. She has worked in the health and wellness industry for more than 20 years. She started to notice that her midlife clients were struggling not just with weight gain, but low mood, brain fog, apathy, acne, hair loss and body aches. She has made it her focus to help women with this midlife transition.
